Spirit Life Church

The Holy Spirit impressed upon our hearts, the town of Tuam, and in obedience to His calling, We moved and settled there, where we continued to pray for the town and the nation of Ireland….

Listen and Learn

Faith comes through hearing the word of God. (Romans 10:17) Faith is not automatically present in us, rather it is something that grows with the new spirit of a person through the act of hearing and meditating upon the Bible. A Message from Our Pastor

An image of Scott Sheridan who is the Senior Pastor of Spirit Life Church

Dear Members of Spirit Life Church and Visitors,

We as Spirit Life Church, desire to see Jesus Christ elevated as Lord over Tuam and desire to experience the healing and rebuilding of Tuam as a town, and restored to its former place as a Godly and spiritual capital in the nation of Ireland.

If You do not Know Jesus Christ as Your Lord and Saviour, then read and believe the following prayer:

“Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Saviour. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and for answering my prayer. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”

We believe that is the will of God the Father to rekindle the revival flame that will be housed within a church that is tailored to the apostolic foundation and facilitation of the five fold ministry. This is made possible when we prioritise the presence and authority of the Holy Spirit in relation to our new lives and our Church, Spirit Life…

We welcome You….

May God’s blessings be with you always.

With love and faith,

Scott Sheridan
Senior Pastor

Testimonies

A profile picture of Joan Nestor a member of Spirit Life Church

I was born and raised as a Roman Catholic in Ireland. At 19 years of age, I traveled to the UK and while there I experienced a deeper understanding of my relationship with my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Later when I was living in the USA, I received the baptism of the holy Spirit and encountered God's power. From there He sent me home to Ireland with the song of St Patrick, "Christ be beside me". Also the scriptures, Psalm 91, a Psalm of god's protection and Isaiah 43, "Behold I am doing a new thing."

I moved to the west of Ireland from London, the nearest church was 29km away. I prayed for a local Spirit filled church in Tuam that I could cycle to and my prayer was answered when a man was called to Tuam in a vision like St Patrick. The family moved to Tuam and started a Spirit filled church in the city. May God's kingdom come to Tuam!

At 26, while at college a classmate introduced the gospel to the me, sparking curiosity. I learned salvation is a gift from God and gave my heart to Jesus. A year later, I suffered from a mental and emotional breakdown and was hospitalized for a period of time. In 1991, I found a church in Tuam that taught the word of God meaningfully. Over time, the power of the word brought stability, allowing me to find genuine health and stability. I returned to college in 2005 and earned a degree in horticulture, now running my own business.
